What will you do?

Performance Optimization: Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics and implement strategies to boost team performance.
Process Efficiency: Ensure productivity, time-efficiency, and outcome-focus. Optimize organizational structures and workflows to remove impediments.
Timeline transparency: Keep deliverables in mind and communicate possible time delays.
You will work cross-functional together with our colleagues in Spain and Germany - Dresden and Hamburg!

What's your story?

You enjoy communicating your agile mindset and methodological knowledge to others.
Practical experience in supporting agile, self-organized teams as a Agile Coach.
Proactive servant-leader with proven track record of elevating team performance.
Deep understanding of agile and waterfall frameworks.
Good English skills, written and spoken (this is a MUST for the position!)
