Billing Specialist - Deal & Revenue Desk - SaaS (Pat-Time)

The Alpega Group is looking for a Billing Specialist to work with our Enterprise client base, this role will be part of the Finance and Legal organization in Alpega, and is based in Catalonia, Spain.

We are looking for someone who will support the growth of the Deal Desk organization to bring help improving on a structured quote to cash process.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Preparation and creation of invoices for customer projects


• Compilation and control of billing documents


• Close coordination with project managers & the controlling and accounting department


• Being the contact person for customers on billing topics


• Documentation of billing processes, supporting billing projects (automation, improvement of processes)


• Maintenance of customer master data

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU

• Some experience in accounting and/or invoicing is mandatory


• Experience/interest in processes, including their documentation and striving for improvement


• Independent, structured and accurate way of working


• Flexibility and open attitude towards changes and adjustments


• Confidence in handling of MS Excel and ERP systems, Salesforce and/or Netsuite is a plus


• Very good knowledge of English (German or French would be valuable but not mandatory)
