Your Tasks

• provide support through phone for enquiries about products, the shop website, the ordering process and shipment tracking

• guiding customers through the ordering process

• competent and conclusive handling of customer enquiries

• ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting the client's quality requirements

Your Profile

• good in speaking Dutch, German and English

• good working knowledge of MS Office

• strong communication skills and service mentality

• sales or telemarketing experience preferable

• high degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn
