Your Tasks

• provide support through phone for technical issues and hardware troubleshooting

• complete service requests

• reporting on incidents and service requests

• ensuring customer satisfaction

Your Profile

• very good knowledge of Swedish and English

• good working knowledge of MS Office

• strong communication skills and service mentality

• high degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn

• ability to work independently and grasp things quickly
