Job Description
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team in Madrid and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge
- Define and execute a content strategy that aligns with business goals and audience insights, ensuring consistency across all channels and regions.
- Own and manage the editorial calendar, coordinating formats and timelines across teams and markets.
- Create and optimize content for blogs, newsletters, social media, scripts, and digital campaigns with an omni-channel mindset.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams —including Product Marketing, Design, Sales, and PR— to support product launches, events, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Stay ahead of content trends and digital marketing insights to identify relevant topics and formats for our audience.
- Edit and approve content from concept through publishing, maintaining high standards of quality and alignment with voice and tone.
- Manage and mentor a team of content marketers, offering strategic direction and constructive feedback to elevate output quality and maintain brand alignment.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Has 5+ years of experience in content creation, ideally within the Tech industry.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Is a native English speaker with excellent grammar and spelling skills.
- Has strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Is proficient in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), SEO best practices, and AI-powered content tools.
- Is highly organised, able to prioritise effectively, and work across multiple projects and deadlines.
