Your Role:

• Assist the recruitment team by sourcing and engaging Croatian-speaking candidates for various roles.
• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and their fit for our clients’ needs.
• Work closely with hiring managers to gain an understanding of job specifications and team dynamics.
• Ensure positive and effective communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
• Utilize a variety of recruitment tools and platforms to attract high-quality talent efficiently.
• Contribute to team discussions, providing insights and innovative ideas to improve recruitment strategies.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development through training programs to enhance your recruitment skills.

• Fluency in Croatian (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage candidates and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage recruitment tasks efficiently.
• A collaborative spirit with a willingness to contribute to a dedicated team.
• Willingness to relocate to Spain, supported by our comprehensive paid relocation package.
• Available for 3 months fully paid training in Greece.
