We're Hiring: French or German speaking Customer Service Representative

Barcelona, Spain | Remote | Full-time

What You'll Do:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email & chat

• Provide technical guidance on connectivity, wireless networking & audiovisual products

• Record & track cases in the system, ensuring timely resolutions

• Escalate complex issues to senior specialists when needed

• Stay up to date on product knowledge & solutions

• Collaborate with your team to deliver top-tier service

What We're Looking For:

• Professionally Fluent French or German + good English (B2+)

• 1+ year in customer service/support (tech support a plus)

• Strong IT knowledge (connectivity, wireless, AV)

• Excellent problem-solving & communication skills

• Ownership mindset with ability to resolve or escalate effectively
