What you’ll do
Support customers and dealerships via phone and email
Take ownership of cases from start to resolution
Follow up to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience
Update systems and contribute to daily operations

¿ What we’re looking for
C1 level of English
C2/native in Dutch, German, or Swedish
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Based in Barcelona or nearby
Customer service experience is a plus, but not essential

How you’ll work
Hybrid working model: 50% office-based after a 3-month onboarding period
Training fully on-site
Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday (no shift work)
Office location: Carrer de la Constitució, 1, 08960 Sant Just Desvern, Barcelona

What we offer
Permanent contract from day one
Salary: €22,000 – €24,000 gross/year
23 days of paid holiday
