Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding player support to Czech-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone.
• Assist players with game inquiries, technical issues, and account management concerns.
• Quickly and effectively resolve player issues to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
• Accurately document player interactions and feedback to aid in service improvement.
• Work collaboratively with game developers and community management to relay player insights and concerns.
• Remain up to date with game features, events, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.

• Fluency in Czech (oral and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer support or player support roles is preferred, particularly within the gaming sector.
• In-depth knowledge of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games' titles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
