Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Danish Speaking Customer Service Representatives for an Airline Company, with a unique chance to work in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about travel and customer service. As a customer service representative, you will assist travelers in navigating their inquiries and ensuring an exceptional flying experience while communicating effectively in Danish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, and airline services via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
  • Provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel regulations.
  • Assist customers with check-in processes and changes to their itineraries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, aiming to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer experience and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Stay informed about airline policies, promotions, and travel updates to inform customers effectively.
  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is desirable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A passion for travel and a positive attitude towards working in an international environment in Greece.
