Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding the digital marketing platform via phone, email, and chat in Danish.

• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems promptly.
• Educate clients on marketing strategies and campaign optimization to enhance their experience.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
