Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries related to entertainment services, events, and promotions via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
• Provide detailed information on available entertainment options and assist with bookings and reservations.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with event coordinators and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement and experience.
• Stay informed about the latest entertainment trends and offerings to provide informed assistance to clients.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the entertainment sector.
