Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in Danish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, providing clear and helpful information.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive overall experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and provide insights for continuous improvement of services.
  • Work closely with team members to enhance service quality and address common challenges.

  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a busy work environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
