Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding home appliances through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, installation guidance, and troubleshooting issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience with our products.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and suggest service improvements.
• Stay informed about new appliances and industry trends to offer knowledgeable assistance.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the home appliances sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
