Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, nurturing strong relationships to enhance their overall experience.
• Assist clients in leveraging our products and services to meet their specific goals and objectives.
• Proactively monitor client satisfaction levels and provide tailored resources for their success.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system for ongoing enhancement.
• Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot client issues and implement effective solutions.
• Stay informed on sector trends to deliver valuable insights and advice to clients.

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is a must; English proficiency is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer success or related client-facing roles is desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to identify client needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and a solid understanding of technology.
