Dutch Reservations Agent For Expedia - Work In Greece - Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dedicated Dutch Reservations Agent to manage bookings for Expedia clients. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work from Greece with paid relocation support included. As a Reservations Agent, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers in securing their travel accommodations while providing outstanding customer service throughout the reservation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Dutch-speaking customers’ Expedia reservations via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a smooth booking experience.
• Provide detailed and accurate information on hotel availability, pricing, amenities, and promotions tailored to client needs.
• Efficiently process booking requests and confirm all reservation details with customers.
• Resolve inquiries, concerns, and booking challenges promptly and professionally to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and bookings within CRM systems.
• Stay informed about Expedia policies, relevant travel trends, and hospitality industry updates to advise clients appropriately.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or working with the Expedia platform is preferred.
• Strong passion for travel and a solid understanding of the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and standard office software.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation assistance included.
