Mercier Consultancy is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Online Bank. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to online banking services, accounts, and transactions.

Your fluency in Dutch will be instrumental in helping clients navigate our digital banking platform, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and care. You will contribute to creating a seamless banking experience that fosters customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat for online banking inquiries
  • Assist customers with account management, transaction inquiries, and banking features
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and professionally, adhering to banking regulations
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements in our services
  • Stay informed about banking products, services, and industry trends
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation with an understanding of banking processes
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially within the banking or financial services sector, is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Genuine interest in helping customers achieve their financial goals
  • Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems is advantageous
