What Youll Do:

• As a Customer Service Representative, youll assist customers with mobile phones, internet, and TV services, including:
• Mobile Services: SIM card setup, getting internet on devices
• Home Services: Internet troubleshooting, TV box setup

Who Were Looking For:

• Languages: Dutch & English
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent communicator, customer-focused, problem solver
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers and passionate about technology
• Sales Mindset: Able to identify and act on sales opportunities
