Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with different departments to address complex customer needs and offer effective solutions.
• Keep up to date with the company's products, services, and industry trends to ensure informed support.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is considered beneficial.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is advantageous.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
