Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and safety guidelines.
• Conduct detailed investigations into reported safety incidents, applying analytical skills to assess the situation accurately.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and enhance safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Create and present comprehensive reports that highlight findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay informed about emerging risks and trends in digital safety to help mitigate potential threats.
• Engage with users to educate them on digital safety best practices and resources available to them.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is a requirement; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in digital safety, online moderation, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on clarity in relaying safety policies.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying risk factors.
• Familiarity with digital content management systems and online safety practices.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
