Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops to empower clients with best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery based on client needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms to offer relevant insights.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
• Familiarity with search engine tools and digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to relocate and embrace a new lifestyle in Bali.
