Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the renewal process for Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring timely renewals and a seamless experience.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to encourage continued engagement.
• Proactively follow up with clients prior to renewal deadlines, addressing any concerns and facilitating a smooth renewal process.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and renewal activity in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and advocate for client needs.
• Stay informed about our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

• Fluency in Dutch (both verbal and written) is required; English proficiency is a key advantage.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on relationship management.
• Ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with technology.
