Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and recommendations as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction with our solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support of solutions.
• Facilitate training sessions to empower clients in maximizing the benefits of our products.
• Remain updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to offer relevant advice to clients.

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Prior experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a client-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building effective client relationships.
