Your Role:

• Support the recruitment team by sourcing and reaching out to Dutch-speaking candidates across various channels.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to gauge candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to fully comprehend job requirements and team dynamics.
• Facilitate effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Employ different recruitment tools and platforms to attract the best talent efficiently.
• Contribute to team brainstorm sessions by providing innovative ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies.
• Engage in ongoing professional growth through training opportunities to further develop your recruitment skills.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential, while proficiency in English is advantageous.
• A proactive and positive demeanor in supporting candidates during their recruitment journey.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and team members.
• Strong organizational abilities with a focus on attention to detail to navigate the recruitment process smoothly.
