Dutch/Flemish Speaking Appointment Setter - Relocation to Sofia

As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with Dutch and Flemish-speaking prospects to generate and qualify leads.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and secure appointments for the sales team.
• Conduct follow-up communications with leads to nurture relationships and confirm scheduled appointments.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, progress, and appointments in our CRM system.
• Work in collaboration with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from appointment setting to sales discussions.
• Provide valuable insights and suggestions on lead quality and appointment-setting strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates to communicate effectively with prospects.

• Fluency in Dutch/Flemish (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is advantageous.
• Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or similar customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage potential clients.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client interactions.
• Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software applications.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and adapt to a new environment.
