We’re looking for a Ecommerce manager specialized in ads in Spain (remotely based) to help take our presence in Croatia to the next level.

Mission:

The majority of our revenue comes from our ecommerce platform — that’s where you’ll focus most of your efforts. As the market grows, you’ll also manage hiring and team development, as well as B2B expansion.

You’ll mainly work on advertising, leading both the Creative Strategy and Media Buying on Meta.

Your main responsibilities:

• Oversee content creation (organic + ads)

• Manage the ecommerce platform: create landing pages, run A/B tests, etc.

• Optimize email flows and campaigns in Klaviyo

• Handle customer retention and post-purchase experience

• Work with Google and TikTok Ads

Requirements:

• Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo

• Ability to manage content creation

• Native Croatian speaker and fluent in English

• Good level of Spanish

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Google, Facebook, and TikTok Ads

• Entrepreneurial spirit
