Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in Finnish through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services, providing accurate information and support.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and contribute insights for continuous service improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality and tackle common challenges.
  • Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to continuously improve your skills.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
  • Willingness to live and work in Spain and adapt to a new cultural experience.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
