Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and reaching out to potential candidates for diverse positions.
• Communicate effectively with candidates in Finnish through various channels such as phone, email, and social media.
• Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and track recruitment progress in our database.
• Collaborate with experienced recruiters and hiring managers to learn about job requirements and industry needs.
• Participate in training sessions designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in recruitment.
• Stay informed about recruitment best practices and trends in the job market.

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• No previous experience in recruitment is required; a willingness to learn and grow is highly valued.
• Good communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates.
• Interest in recruitment processes and a desire to develop your career in this field.
• Comfortable using social media and online platforms for recruitment purposes.
