Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for French Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading social media platform, with a work location in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about social media and enjoy helping others navigate their online experiences. As a customer service representative, you will assist users in French, providing support and guidance on platform functionalities and best practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries regarding social media platform features, policies, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in French.
  • Assist users in resolving technical issues and provide guidance on best practices for account safety and engagement.
  • Document user interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up on unresolved issues.
  • Collaborate with community management and technical teams to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, features, and community guidelines to offer informed support.
  • Gather user feedback and report on common issues to help improve the platform experience.
  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a tech or social media environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple user inquiries in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms is desirable.
  • Willingness to relocate or work in Greece and flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
