About the Role

As a Junior Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting German agencies and businesses to launch and optimize their online advertising campaigns. This is a target-driven position where you'll collaborate closely with clients, providing expert guidance to ensure their digital marketing efforts are both effective and impactful.

Your Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate and create impactful PPC campaigns.

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop tailored digital advertising strategies that align with client objectives.

• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze campaign data to drive spend, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure long-term campaign sustainability.

• Client Engagement: Manage a high volume of client interactions daily via phone, delivering top-quality support and fostering strong relationships.

What We're Looking For

• Educational Background: A BA/BS degree or equivalent; an MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.

• Experience: 1-2 years in sales and/or online advertising.

• Skills:

  • Strong desire to meet and exceed productivity, customer satisfaction, and target goals.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals.

  • Effective time management and self-organization skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for optimization.

  • Client-focused with a passion for customer interaction and business success.

  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

• Language Proficiency:

  • Native-level German.

  • High proficiency in English.
