As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in navigating their telecom inquiries while providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding telecom products, services, and billing via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Provide clear and accurate information about plans, coverage, and device specifications.
• Assist customers with service setup, troubleshooting, and account management.
• Resolve any issues or complaints efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and address service-related questions.
• Stay updated on the latest telecom offerings and promotions to provide relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecom sector.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
