Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a German Speaking Learner Support Representative in the E-Learning sector, based in Greece! In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing support to German-speaking learners navigating our online educational platform. Your expertise will help enhance the learning experience for students and ensure they receive the assistance they need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive assistance in German via email, chat, and phone for learners using our E-Learning platform
• Help students with account management, course navigation, and technical issues
• Document learner interactions and feedback accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with educators and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery
• Gather and analyze student feedback to improve user experience and educational offerings
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed on course materials and platform updates

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support or educational services is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A passionate and proactive approach to supporting learners
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in an online environment
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms or technologies is a plus
