German-Speaking Sales Agent Hotel Reservations (Málaga)

Permanent contract (2-month probation).
Salary: €1,791.66 gross/month (€21,500 gross/year).
€1,500 sign-on bonus.
Full-time: 39 hours/week.
Paid training from day one (on-site).
- Start date: 20th July.

Your role
Handle inbound calls in German.
Convert inquiries into confirmed hotel bookings.
Deliver an excellent customer experience.
What we’re looking for
Native or near-native German.
Sales experience (essential).
Strong commercial mindset and results focus.
Advanced English.
Based in Málaga or willing to relocate.
¿ Schedule
Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 22:00.
Monday to Sunday, with alternating weekends.
