Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review social media content in German to ensure compliance with company policies and community standards.
• Respond to user comments and messages professionally and promptly in German.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in social media content moderation or community management is preferred.
