We are looking for a strategic Head of People to join our leadership team. This role is key to building the future of Neuroelectrics through our people. As Head of People, you will be a strategic partner to the Executive Team, driving the people strategy that enables sustainable growth and organizational excellence. You will lead the evolution of our culture, team structure, leadership capabilities, and employee experience. This role is not just about HR operations - it's about shaping the company's future through people.
You will oversee the People function with a clear focus on aligning talent strategy with business objectives, cultivating a high-performance culture, and developing strong leadership at all levels of the organization.
Define and execute a strategic People roadmap aligned with company objectives.
Represent the People function on the leadership team, influencing decisions at a strategic level.
Lead the HR team to ensure high performance, alignment, and delivery across all HR areas.
Lead culture and change management initiatives that align with NE’s mission, values, and evolving business needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on key people topics, including talent planning, succession, and organizational development.
Drive leadership development, executive coaching, and team effectiveness programs to enable high-performing teams.
Oversee People analytics and KPIs to inform strategic decisions and proactively identify organizational priorities.
Own People & Culture initiatives, ensuring excellence in core HR services while maximizing strategic impact.
Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), embedding inclusive practices across all company initiatives.
Own and manage the HR annual budget.
Required:
Proven senior leadership experience in People/HR roles within fast-paced, innovative environments.
Strong track record of designing and implementing strategic People initiatives.
Deep expertise in organizational design, leadership development, and culture transformation.
Solid understanding of Spanish labor law and international HR best practices (experience with the US market is a plus).
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Valuable:
Experience in medtech, healthtech, or regulated sectors.
Executive coaching certification or formal training in organizational development.
Familiarity with People analytics tools and HR tech platforms.
