You will assist Hungarian-speaking players by addressing their questions and concerns, ensuring an outstanding experience with Riot Games' products.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality email support to Hungarian-speaking players regarding game inquiries and technical challenges.
• Assist players with account management and other game-related issues through clear and concise written communication.
• Ensure timely responses to player emails, maintaining a high standard of service.
• Document player interactions and feedback comprehensively to inform ongoing service enhancements.
• Work closely with other team members to relay important player insights and collaborate on support strategies.
• Stay informed about game updates, features, and best practices in player support to better serve the community.

• Fluency in Hungarian (oral and written) is required; English proficiency is advantageous.
• Prior experience in email support or a customer support role is preferred, especially in the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games' titles is a significant plus.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in written form.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple email inquiries efficiently.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a new cultural environment.
