You will provide outstanding support to our Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with their logistics queries and needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Italian across multiple platforms including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with logistics solutions, helping them navigate shipping, tracking, and delivery processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding shipping and logistics effectively.
• Document all interactions and customer feedback within the CRM system for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely resolutions of client issues and maintain high service standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company services to provide informed advice to customers.

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken), with English proficiency preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or shipping industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and logistics software is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new culture and work environment.
