Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients in navigating our digital marketing platform and help them troubleshoot any issues they encounter.
• Educate clients about the features and benefits of our marketing solutions to maximize their success.
• Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance our service offerings.
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date on company products and industry trends to provide informed assistance to clients.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or support, preferably in a digital marketing or tech-related field.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide clear guidance to clients.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools is a plus.
