Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an outstanding opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading FinTech Company, with the chance to work in vibrant Greece. This role is tailored for individuals who have a keen interest in financial technologies and are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist clients in Italian, providing guidance and assistance regarding various financial services and products.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to FinTech products and services, including account setup, transactions, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Offer clear and concise information about financial products, helping customers understand their features and benefits.
  • Assist customers with issues related to their accounts and transactions, ensuring swift resolutions.
  • Resolve any complaints and feedback effectively, aiming for high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions diligently in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about financial regulations, products, and industry trends to provide relevant assistance.
  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the FinTech or financial services sector.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and financial applications is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
  • Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
