Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is excited to offer a position for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent within our Logistics Company team, based in beautiful Greece. In this critical role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers in the logistics and transportation sector. Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries related to shipments, tracking deliveries, and addressing customer concerns effectively. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian for inquiries related to logistics and transportation services.
  • Assist customers with shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and logistics solutions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for effective follow-up.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Stay updated on company services, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in logistics or transportation is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on providing excellent customer care.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
