Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present a rewarding opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a Payment Solutions Provider, based in Greece. This role is tailored for individuals who are enthusiastic about financial services and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers in Italian, addressing their inquiries related to payment solutions and ensuring a smooth customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries regarding payment processing, account management, and transaction issues via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Provide accurate information about services, fees, and payment platform features.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues related to payment transactions and solutions.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service delivery and address client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and updates to ensure compliance and provide relevant advice.
  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in financial services or payment solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Problem-solving abilities and comfort in handling inquiries related to payment processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with payment processing software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is desirable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
  • Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
