In this important role, you will ensure that generative AI content is safe, reliable, and compliant with ethical standards. You will play a key part in maintaining the integrity and trustworthiness of digital content by identifying risks and collaborating to implement effective safety measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate AI-generated content in Italian to detect harmful, misleading, or non-compliant material.
• Ensure that GenAI content adheres to trust and safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with AI developers, policy teams, and content moderators to enhance safety protocols and standards.
• Identify emerging trends and provide insights through detailed reporting on content risks and safety issues.
• Develop and execute strategies to maintain high standards of content accuracy and ethical compliance.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote responsible AI use and awareness.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or AI-related fields is highly valued.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of generative AI technologies and associated challenges is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
