Junior Content Moderator German Speaking

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content across various platforms in German.

• Ensure that all content adheres to community guidelines and company policies.

• Evaluate content for accuracy, quality, and relevance.

• Report and escalate any content that violates company policies or legal regulations.

• Work closely with the team to improve the quality of moderation and content standards.

• Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on content policies, tools, and industry best practices.

• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the content moderation processes.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in German (C1 or higher).

• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital content trends.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
