PNO Innovation is seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing & Communications Director to lead the development and execution of our group-wide marketing and communications strategy. This role is key to strengthening PNO’s brand across Europe, amplifying our thought leadership, supporting commercial growth, and aligning internal communication across countries. You will lead the central marketing function and work closely with local teams and senior leadership to ensure consistent and effective communication with clients, partners, and employees.

This position reports to the Group CEO and collaborates closely with other members of the board and country directors.

Drive a cohesive and high-impact marketing and communications agenda that:

Positions PNO Innovation as the leading authority in innovation and funding consultancy in Europe
Supports business development and talent acquisition across diverse European markets
Enhances internal alignment through transparent and engaging communication

Develop and implement a clear, scalable marketing and communications strategy across the group
Lead and mentor the Group Marketing team and coordinate activities with country-level marketing leads
Evolve and manage the PNO brand identity, messaging, and visual consistency
Design and execute campaigns that support business development and client engagement

Oversee content strategy and production of thought leadership materials in collaboration with experts
Manage key external communications, media relations, events, and strategic partnerships
Lead internal communications initiatives that foster alignment and engagement across teams
Define and track key metrics to evaluate impact and continuously improve performance

Proven track record in a senior marketing or communications leadership role, preferably in a B2B or consulting environment
Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, communications, and campaign development
Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and the ability to balance vision with execution
Experience working in an international, matrixed organization
