Descripción del trabajo - Marketing & Events Specialist

Marketing strategy and planning: updating and execution of the strategic plan, monitoring of KPIs and initiatives.
Event management: selection, logistics, communication, presence on panels, coordination of talks and post-event analysis.
Branding and communication: supervision of corporate image, content creation, media relations, campaign and promotion management.
Digital marketing and CRM: HubSpot optimisation, lead generation and segmentation, automation, regular reporting.
Sales and product support: design of commercial materials, collaboration in product strategy, coordination of webinars and presentations.
Market and trend analysis: competition studies, business opportunities and technology watch.

Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Engineering or similar.
Solid experience in B2B marketing (preferably in software).
Advanced knowledge in:
1. CRM (preferably HubSpot)
2. Multichannel campaigns and international events
3. Digital marketing, automation and analysis tools (GA, Data Studio)
4. Branding, design and coordination with creative agencies
Fluent English (high level); other languages are a plus.
Personal competences:
1. Proactivity, strategic thinking and focus on results.
2. Excellent communication, cross-functional coordination and negotiation skills.
3. Capacity for organisation, autonomy and teamwork.

Knowledge of the port, logistics or business software sector.
International experience, trade fair participation and media relations.
Skills in material design and sales support.
