Marketing Partnership Specialist - Barcelona - 25 horas

Within the Marketing department, we require a position to work as a Marketing Partnership Specialist. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to set up national partnerships focusing on well-being, significantly impacting the Rituals brand.

You will be also at the forefront of shaping and activating strategic marketing partnerships across Spain.

Your Role

Leveraging your marketing expertise, your primary goal is to establish and grow strategic Brand partnerships, media partnerships and Hospitality & Leisure. Beyond setting up these local partnerships, you’ll execute marketing campaigns that keep Rituals top of mind for consumers and partners, including the activation from corporate gifting, loyalty, and employee benefit programs from Head Quarters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and launch Brand partnerships with other companies and media that emphasize well-being and drive brand visibility, traffic to store, and equity for Rituals.
• Be the expert of local team by providing quantitative and qualitative evaluation and learnings.
• Collaborate closely with HQ global partners to activate and expand partnerships, ensuring market alignment.
• Lead the acquisition and setup of brand & B2B partnerships for Spain.

You’ll bring:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• A strong track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns and sales strategies, and end-to-end agreements/partnerships.
• Confidence in pitching ideas and securing buy-in from partners.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, ...).
• Entrepreneurial spirit, teamwork.
