Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in Norwegian through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with their questions about products and services, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
