Mercier Consultancy Europe is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Norwegian Speaking Recruiter, where no previous experience is required. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about pursuing a career in recruitment while utilizing their Norwegian language skills. As a part of our expanding recruitment team, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for a variety of roles. We will provide you with comprehensive training and support to help you develop your recruitment skills in a friendly and encouraging environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in searching for suitable candidates for various job vacancies.
• Engage with candidates through phone calls, emails, and social media to initiate communication.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for open positions.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and the recruitment process in our tracking systems.
• Collaborate with experienced recruiters and hiring managers to learn about job requirements and objectives.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your understanding of recruitment practices.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment effectiveness.

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required.
• No prior recruitment experience is needed; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates.
• Interest in the recruitment field and motivation to develop within the industry.
• Familiarity with social media and online platforms for sourcing candidates is a plus.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to participate in a mandatory paid training program in Greece for three months.
