Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and review user-generated content in Polish to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
• Classify and assess content based on established policies and moderation standards.
• Identify and report any inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams.
• Provide insights on content behaviors and trends to improve moderation strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance content moderation processes and practices.
• Stay updated on company policies and best practices regarding content moderation and community engagement.

• Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a related role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to consistently apply guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care.
• Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
