In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a safe and positive online environment for our Polish-speaking users. As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibility will be to review and manage user-generated content, ensuring compliance with our community standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Polish to ensure it meets community standards.
• Classify content accurately based on established moderation policies.
• Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to the relevant teams.
• Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to refine moderation strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance moderation processes.
• Remain updated on company policies related to content moderation and community engagement.

• Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply guidelines consistently.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care.
• Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to work in Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
